Unit 307 ~~~This beautifully remodeled unit is located in the center courtyard of the complex. We have completely remodeled the kitchen featuring a bar area that makes the unit very spacious. The unit is tastefully decorated in island motif. Since this is an end unit it is very quiet and private. We have a wonderful view of the gardens and can see the blue Pacific Ocean across the street. The large lanai provides a great venue for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for meal preparation. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. A washer and dryer are provided. We have included a flat screen T.V., DVD and CD player. Wireless internet is provided for free. A newly installed king pillow top bed is in the master bedroom. This unit also has an AC unit for great sleeping comfort. There is a hide-a-bed in the family room. Enjoy the afternoon trade winds with a lockable screen door. This unit is great for celebrating special occasions or as a holiday retreat.

Unit 201~~~This unique end unit is located close to the pool with a view of lush, green tropical landscape. It is a short walk to use the hot tub, pool or exercise room. The unit is tastefully decorated in a beach theme. This condo has been recently remodeled and features quartz counters in the kitchen and both bathrooms have walk-in showers. The kitchen is well equipped for guests who wish to cook or entertain. The tiled floors continue out onto the lanai and gives the unit a spacious feeling. A washer and dryer unit is provided. Unit 407~~~ This spacious condo has a panoramic view of the lush tropical courtyard and blue ocean across the street. The large lanai invites guests to have their morning coffee and take in the island scenery. This unit is tastefully decorated with island prints. The cathedral ceiling and the oak spiral staircase are featured items. There is tile throughout with hardwood flooring in the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have California King beds. The kitchen has new granite counters and all the amenities to make guests feel at home. Flat screen televisions are in the living room and both bedrooms. CD and DVD players are also provided. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. A washer and dryer is in this unit. There is a hide-a-bed in the family room. This condo is equipped with AC in all the rooms. Wireless Internet is free. Due to the open spiral staircase, we request that no small children stay in this unit. This condo is the perfect setting for a special vacation or holiday.
